Section 20-13-204 - Penalties

Any person violating this subchapter or any rule or order adopted in accordance with this subchapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100) or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days in the county jail, or by both fine and imprisonment.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 1919, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1975, No. 435, § 9; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-3409.
