The State Board of Health may establish the fees to be charged by the Department of Health to defray the cost of administering and enforcing this subchapter, as follows:(1) The testing fee not to exceed the cost of administering the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians examination;(2)(A) The licensure fee for emergency medical services personnel, which shall not exceed twenty dollars ($20.00).(B) Ten dollars ($10.00) of the licensure fee shall be credited to the Emergency Medical Services Revolving Fund.(C) The licensure shall be valid for two (2) years;(3) The biennial renewal of the emergency medical services personnel licensure, which shall not exceed twenty dollars ($20.00).
