Section 20-13-504 - Penalties

Any individual who shall fraudulently represent himself or herself to be a person entitled to invoke the services of the PC-DI-TL system when such is not the case or any person who attempts to obtain information later put to illegal use in any way shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction in any court of competent jurisdiction shall be fined a sum not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500) or imprisoned for a period not to exceed six (6) months, or both.Acts 1975, No. 600, § 9; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-3509.
