The Secretary of the Department of Health shall provide a report to the Senate Committee on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor and the House Committee on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor on or before April 1 and October 1 of each year through 2011. After 2011, the secretary shall provide an annual report to the Senate Committee on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor and the House Committee on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor on or before October 1.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4989, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 2009, No. 393, § 1.
