(a) An advance directive executed in another state shall be deemed to be validly executed for the purposes of this subchapter if executed in compliance with the laws of the State of Arkansas or the laws of the state where executed.(b) Such advance directives shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas.Acts 1993, No. 1101, § 7.
