The Department of Human Services and the Department of Health shall collaborate to identify goals and benchmarks while also developing individual entity plans to reduce the incidence of diabetes in Arkansas, improve diabetes care, and control complications associated with diabetes.Added by Act 2015, No. 167,§ 1, eff. 7/22/2015.
