Section 20-15-303 - Exception

This subchapter shall not apply to any child whose parents or guardian objects thereto on the grounds that it conflicts with the tenets and practices of a recognized church or religious faith of which the parent or guardian is an adherent or member.Acts 1967, No. 192, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-627.
