Section 20-15-702 - Penalty

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this subchapter shall be guilty of a violation and upon conviction shall pay a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and not more than one hundred dollars ($100).Acts 1955, No. 161, § 14; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-624; Acts 2005, No. 1994, § 189.
