The State Board of Health shall promulgate rules to provide for the distribution of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) or acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) medications to Arkansas citizens without ample resources or available avenues to acquire their medically necessary medications.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 1942, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 2001, No. 235, § 3.
