(a) The Arkansas Reproductive Health Monitoring System is expressly authorized to contract for the production of any information which the Medical Director of the Arkansas Reproductive Health Monitoring System determines to be relevant to monitoring reproductive health.(b) Information shared under this section includes, but is not limited to, information identified by name or other personal identifier, including information concerning any system by which such data or information is identified or classified if required to decipher the information.Amended by Act 2015, No. 1062,§ 4, eff. 7/22/2015.Acts 1985, No. 214, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-4613.
