The Arkansas Reproductive Health Monitoring System shall have the power to enter into agreements with other states and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention consistent with the requirements and restrictions of this subchapter in order to obtain relevant information for the system concerning Arkansas residents who receive health-related services outside the state.Amended by Act 2015, No. 1062,§ 6, eff. 7/22/2015.Acts 1985, No. 214, § 10; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-4617.
