The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Arkansas Children's Hospital, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention shall have the power to enter into agreements with neighboring states consistent with the requirements and restrictions of this subchapter in order to obtain relevant information concerning Arkansas residents who receive health-related services outside the state.Acts 1983, No. 773, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-4605.
