All hospitals with pediatric, obstetric, or spontaneous abortion patient records may under this subchapter contract to share information in those records with the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Arkansas Children's Hospital, other bona fide licensed medical facilities, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.Acts 1983, No. 773, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-4602.
