Section 20-16-405 - Authority of physician to provide information

Any physician, clinic, person, or organization may under this subchapter contract to provide information relative to reproductive health to the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Arkansas Children's Hospital, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.Acts 1983, No. 773, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-4604.
