A determination by a study done under this subchapter that a source is suspected of causing adverse fetal or neonatal health outcomes shall not create by reason thereof any presumption of law or finding of a fact which shall inure to or be for the benefit of any person other than the state.Acts 1983, No. 773, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-4606.
