Section 20-16-701 - Legislative intent - Construction

(a) It is the intention of the General Assembly to regulate abortions in a manner consistent with the decisions of the United States Supreme Court.(b) All provisions and all terms shall be construed so as to be consistent with those decisions.Acts 1985, No. 268, § 7; A.S.A. 1947, § 41-2568.
