Section 20-20-215 - Commercial and noncommercial applicator - Records

(a) Commercial and noncommercial applicator licensees shall keep and maintain routine operational records containing information on the kinds, amounts, uses, dates, and places of application of pesticides.(b) The records shall be kept for a period of two (2) years from the date of the application of the pesticide and shall be available for inspection by the State Plant Board at reasonable times.(c) Upon request in writing, the board shall immediately be furnished with a copy of the records by the commercial or noncommercial applicator.Acts 1975, No. 389, § 10; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-260.
