Section 20-20-223 - Reciprocal agreements

The State Plant Board may waive all or part of the examination requirements provided for in §§ 20-20-209 - 20-20-211 and 20-20-217 on a reciprocal basis with any other state which has substantially the same standards and so long as out-of-state applicators are made subject to enforcement procedures provided in this subchapter to the same extent as those applicators examined and certified in this state.Acts 1975, No. 389, § 16; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-266.
