The provisions of this section, §§ 20-21-206 - 20-21-209, and 20-21-211 shall not apply to any production or utilization facility for which the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission or any successor agency thereto has issued a license which is in force and effect to construct or operate the facility.Acts 1975, No. 382, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-1515.1.
