Section 20-21-311 - Intergovernmental agreements

The State Electronic Product Control Agency may enter into agreements or contracts with the United States Government, other states, or interstate agencies whereby this state will perform inspections or other functions relating to the control of radiation from electronic products on a cooperative basis with the United States Government, other states, or interstate agencies.Acts 1969, No. 460, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-1535.
