It is the purpose of this subchapter to establish a Nuclear Planning and Response Program Advisory Committee which will serve as a coordination point for state and utility officials and whose meetings will provide a place whereby the public may discuss with their elected public officials, state officials, and the utility matters of concern pertaining to their safety and emotional wellbeing as they relate to the generation of electricity from Arkansas Nuclear One, Units One and Two.Acts 1983, No. 544, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-1552.
