Section 20-22-1013 - Disposition of penalties, fees, and forfeitures

All penalties, fees, or forfeitures collected under the provisions of this subchapter shall be deposited into the State Treasury to the credit of the Fire Services Fund.Added by Act 2023, No. 841,§ 44, eff. 7/1/2023.
