Section 20-22-401 - Legislative findings

The General Assembly finds that it is desirable that every licensed long-term care facility in this state install and maintain either a sprinkler system throughout the facility or an approved smoke or particle sensor device system with visual signals outside each patient room.Acts 1979, No. 374, § 1; 1981, No. 570, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-847.
