Every hotel, motel, apartment building, or other similar multiple-occupancy facility having more than three (3) floors above ground level shall be constructed or equipped with fire escape stairways or ladders in conformity with the Arkansas Fire Prevention Code.Acts 1971, No. 239, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-826.
