(a) There is created the Office of Fire Protection Services which shall be under the supervision and direction of the Director of the Division of Emergency Management.(b) The Director of the Office of Fire Protection Services, who shall be employed by the Director of the Division of Emergency Management, in consultation with the Secretary of the Department of Public Safety, shall have the responsibility to carry out the administrative functions and directives of the Arkansas Fire Protection Services Board.(c) [Repealed.]Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 6022, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1987, No. 837, § 4; 1993, No. 280, § 2; 1999, No. 646, § 59.
