Section 20-23-103 - Enforcement

(a) The criminal penalties provided by this chapter shall be enforced by the prosecuting attorney of each judicial district. The administrative penalties provided by this chapter shall be imposed pursuant to rules of the Director of the Division of Labor.(b) The director may collect an administrative penalty imposed pursuant to this chapter in a civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction, and he or she shall not be required to pay costs or to enter a bond for payment of costs.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2049, eff. 7/24/2019.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 5451, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1961, No. 494, § 6; 1970 (Ex.
