(a) Every manufacturer, owner, or user of a boiler or unfired pressure vessel in use or to be used in any part of the state and subject to inspection by the Boiler Inspection Division, as provided by this chapter, shall report to the division the location of the boiler or unfired pressure vessel at such times and in such manner and form as may be determined by the rules of the division.(b) Any owner, user, or agent of the owner of any boiler or unfired pressure vessel subject to inspection by the division, as provided in this chapter, who shall fail to report its location to the division shall be subject to an administrative fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100).Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2053, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1961, No. 494, §§ 4, 6; 1970 (1st Ex.
