Any owner, user, or agent of the owner of any boiler subject to inspection by the Boiler Inspection Division who shall fail to have a boiler ready for inspection after due notice as provided in this chapter shall pay to the division the inspection fee provided by this subchapter and shall be subject to an administrative fine of any sum not less than ten dollars ($10.00).Acts 1961, No. 494, § 6; 1970 (1st Ex.
