Section 20-23-307 - New boilers and unfired pressure vessels - Permit required

(a) Every manufacturer, contractor, jobber, owner, or user of a boiler or unfired pressure vessel or pressure piping system shall obtain a permit from the Boiler Inspection Division before any boiler or unfired pressure vessel or pressure piping system may be installed or moved and installed in the State of Arkansas.(b) When new boilers or unfired pressure vessels are to be installed, the manufacturer's data report for each boiler and unfired pressure vessel shall be submitted with the application for installation.(c) No boiler or unfired pressure vessel or pressure piping may be installed without approval from the division.Acts 1961, No. 494, § 7; 1970 (1st Ex.
