Section 20-25-103 - No authority to operate or maintain manufactured home parks

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to give the Arkansas Manufactured Home Commission any authority with respect to the operation and maintenance of manufactured home parks in this state.Acts 1977, No. 419, § 14; 1981, No. 533, § 13; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-3027.
