Section 20-26-204 - Penalties

Any person violating any provision of this subchapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding three (3) months, or by both fine and imprisonment.Acts 1945, No. 110, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 71-1106.
