Section 20-27-1101 - Penalty

Any person who knowingly violates any provision of this subchapter or any rule or order adopted pursuant to this subchapter shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2104, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1991, No. 780, § 1.
