Section 20-27-1102 - Rules - Enforcement - Administration

(a) The Director of the Division of Labor shall promulgate rules to establish minimum standards for the qualifications of those individuals performing blasting in Arkansas.(b) The director shall implement, enforce, and administer this subchapter and the rules adopted pursuant to this subchapter.(c) Rules under this section shall be adopted pursuant to the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq.
