This subchapter shall not apply to the following:(1) Blasting conducted at a surface coal mine regulated by the Division of Environmental Quality pursuant to the Arkansas Surface Coal Mining and Reclamation Act of 1979, § 15-58-101 et seq.; and(2) Blasting conducted during seismic operations regulated by the Oil and Gas Commission pursuant to § 15-71-114.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 3227, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1991, No. 780, § 1; 1999, No. 1164, § 176.
