Section 20-27-1310 - Cooperation with State Fire Marshal

(a) The Director of the Division of Labor shall consult the State Fire Marshal regarding the adoption of any rules.(b) The Division of Labor and the State Fire Marshal shall cooperate and coordinate their activities in order to avoid duplication of services.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2112, eff. 7/24/2019.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 5496, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1995, No. 814, § 12.
