Section 20-27-1315 - Private right of action

Any person adversely affected by a violation of this subchapter or any rules or orders issued pursuant to this subchapter shall have a private right of action for relief against the violator.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2118, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1995, No. 814, § 3.
