Section 20-27-1316 - Joint and several liability

The owner or operator of any quarry or open pit mine where a blast is conducted and any contractor conducting the blast shall be jointly and severally liable for violations of this subchapter and any rules issued under this subchapter.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2119, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1995, No. 814, § 11.
