As used in this subchapter, 'motor vehicle' means any motor vehicle, except a school bus, a church bus, or other public conveyance, that is required by federal or state law, rule, or regulation to be equipped with a passenger restraint system.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2123, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 2006 (1st Ex.
