(a) The Arkansas Tobacco Control Board may adopt rules to implement this subchapter.(b)(1) The board, Arkansas Tobacco Control, and their authorized agents may enforce compliance with this subchapter and any rules adopted under this section by the board.(2) Arkansas Tobacco Control and its authorized agents may enter and inspect the premises of a public place at a reasonable time and in a reasonable manner.Amended by Act 2013, No. 1273,§ 3, eff. 8/16/2013.Amended by Act 2013, No. 1132,§ 24, eff. 8/16/2013.
