Section 20-27-501 - Label required

The sellers of all eyeglasses sold in the State of Arkansas shall furnish at the time of sale or delivery thereof a card, sticker, or tag indicating to the purchaser or receiver of the eyeglasses either that the lenses in the glasses are impact resistant or that the lenses are nonimpact resistant.Acts 1969, No. 225, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 72-820.
