The purpose of this subchapter is to provide for the prevention, screening, diagnosis, and treatment of lead poisoning, including elimination of the sources of the poisoning through such research, educational, epidemiological, and clinical activities as may be necessary.Acts 1979, No. 896, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-737.
