Section 20-27-902 - Penalties

(a) Any person or company violating any of the provisions of this subchapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.(b) Upon conviction, the person or company shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) or imprisoned in the county jail not more than thirty (30) days, or both fined and imprisoned.Acts 1973, No. 117, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-736.
