Section 20-30-102 - Penalty

(a) Any person operating a public swimming pool in violation of this chapter or rules adopted pursuant to this chapter shall be guilty of a violation.(b)(1) Upon conviction, that person shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) for each offense.(2) Each day of operation after sufficient notice has been given shall constitute a separate offense.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2128, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1987, No. 623, § 7; 2005, No. 1994, § 128.
