Section 20-32-111 - Scope of authority

Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to affect the authority of cities and counties to enact zoning regulations or procedures that control the location of medical waste facilities or sites.Acts 1993, No. 491, § 5; 1993, No. 861, § 5.
