All fees and fines collected under this subchapter shall be deposited into the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account to be used exclusively for the maintenance and operation of the Health Services Permit Agency, including any agreements to reimburse the Department of Health for costs associated with the operation of the agency.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4957, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1987, No. 593, § 8; 1987 (1st Ex.
