Section 20-9-308 - Advice by hospital employees to reviewing committees

When requested, any physician, surgeon, hospital administrator, nurse, technologist, and any other person engaged in work in or about a licensed hospital and having any information or knowledge relating to the medical and hospital care provided in the hospital or to the efficient use of the hospital facilities shall be obligated to advise committees reviewing such matters with respect to all the facts or information possessed by the individual with reference to such care or use.Acts 1977, No. 445, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-4724.
