Section 20-46-305 - Minimum standards - Pledge to conform and filing of policies

(a) As a condition of certification or recertification by the Department of Human Services, each community mental health center shall furnish to the department a resolution of its governing board expressing the board's pledge and intent to conform to the professional standards and accounting, statistical, and auditing standards prescribed by the board.(b) Each community mental health center shall file, as a condition of certification or recertification by the department, with the department a copy of the conflict-of-interest policies and purchasing policies of the board. The conflict-of-interest and purchasing policies shall conform to the minimum standards for the policies adopted by the department.Acts 1985, No. 786, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 59-318.
