Section 20-46-312 - Assistance, cooperation, and purchase of services by certain governmental units

Any state board, state agency, county, municipality, court, school district, hospital district, or other political subdivision of the state or any county court or circuit court is authorized to purchase mental health services from community mental health clinics or centers or to assist and cooperate with these clinics or centers by providing services, facilities, and professional assistance, wherever the assistance is reasonable and furthers the general welfare of the state, county, region, or community.Acts 1971, No. 433, ch. 2, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 59-305.
