The Division of Aging, Adult, and Behavioral Health Services of the Department of Human Services is authorized to retain and transfer to the Department of Human Services that portion of each community mental health center's or clinic's allotment which is required for the state's matching share for payment to community mental health centers or clinics for services eligible for federal reimbursement under the programs administered by the department.Amended by Act 2017, No. 913,§ 67, eff. 8/1/2017.Amended by Act 2013, No. 980,§ 12, eff. 8/16/2013.Acts 1987, No. 1053, § 14.
