Section 20-47-707 - Multiagency plan of services

Each multiagency plan of services shall:(1) Be consistent with the results of the standardized screening and assessment established by Medicaid rules;(2) Provide for collaboration among the child, the persons or entities responsible for the child's care and custody, and the providers of behavioral healthcare services for the child; and(3) Be appropriate to meet the behavioral healthcare needs of the child as defined by the assessment.Acts 2007, No. 1593, § 1.
